This short, publicly available video was created as part of a project to revamp the University of Miami’s multifactor authentication (MFA) experience. In addition to providing stepwise instructions, the video was designed to highlight the benefits of this new MFA experience to build user confidence and drive adoption. I used engaging graphics, upbeat music, and animated voiceover to create a tutorial video with a marketing flair.
